Adhar Chandra Bhatt, a 33-year-old, is working on making air-drones, reports Washington Examiner. The drones are designed to rescue people stuck in areas beyond easy reach, who are either injured or lost.
However, his plans for the drones are still limited to paper as he has to abide by the U.S. federal regulations restricting the operation of drones.
The Backstory:
- Adhar Chandra was born in Nepal, where from his childhood, he was always interested in aerial machines.
- While he was sixteen, he invented a motorcycle engine-driven ultra-light aircraft. However, the government of Nepal didn’t allow him to test the aircraft.
- He has dual citizenship of Nepal and the USA. He is currently working as an Uber/Lyft driver in the USA while working on his drones.
